Responsibilities

• Supervise third-party technical service partners to ensure high quality and performance.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans to boost equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement to cut down breakdown rates in regions.
• Oversee asset requests, approvals, replacements, write-offs, and inventory reconciliation.
• Lead training and demonstrations for operators and partners on technical topics.
• Ensure Nestlé Quality Management System (NQMS) is consistently applied.
• Guard food safety, quality, and technical standards within Nestlé Professional.
• Forecast spare parts usage and plan for future technical needs.
• Support development and deployment of new technical solutions and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue excellence.

A Day in the Life of a Technical & Quality Specialist

• Manage and supervise third-party technical service partners to ensure high service quality and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce breakdown rates across assigned regions.
• Manage trade asset requests, approvals, replacements, write-offs, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Conduct machine demonstrations and provide technical training to operators, service partners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the Nestlé Quality Management System (NQMS) across the business.
• Act as the guardian of food safety, quality compliance, and technical standards within Nestlé Professional.
• Monitor spare part utilization and forecast future technical requirements.
• Support the development and deployment of new technical solutions and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical services, maintenance, engineering, quality assurance, or related functions.
• Experience working with equipment maintenance, technical support, or operational excellence programs is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.
