HeyRCG in Bali is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end software delivery across internal and client-facing builds. This delivery-plus-analysis role requires coordinating across Engineering, QA, Product, Design and commercial teams to ship value on time.
The role emphasizes gathering and prioritising business and technical requirements, managing plans, sprint schedules, risk registers, and KPI reporting.
HeyRCG is a growth partner for brands that want commercial results, not just activity. We don't sit on the outside as consultants; we work as an extension of each client's business, accountable for the numbers that matter: views, clicks, brand profile, and profitable sales. From growth consultancy and brand to performance marketing, social, tech, and distribution, we cover the full commercial picture. We've worked with some of the biggest brands across Southeast Asia and ANZ, and are recognised as one of the leading growth agencies in the region. Having taken start-ups through to mature businesses, we understand how logistics, inventory, capital, and a measured strategy drive sustainable growth. We pair strong sales relationships with digital expertise to open real commercial opportunities, not just online traffic.
Role Description
The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, responsible for end-to-end delivery of software projects across our internal product stack and client-facing builds. This is a delivery-plus-analysis role: owning timelines, scope, budget, and quality, and being the connective tissue between Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and the commercial teams who depend on what gets shipped.
Core responsibilities include gathering, analysing, and prioritising business and technical requirements, then translating them into work engineering can actually build. You'll own project plans, sprint schedules, risk registers, and delivery reporting, and run the Agile ceremonies that keep them honest: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. You'll write and maintain the documentation layer that makes delivery repeatable, including requirement specs, process flows, data mapping, ERDs, UML diagrams, wireframes, and system workflows.
Day to day, you'll monitor progress, surface risks and blockers early, and drive resolution rather than report on it. You'll coordinate testing and release processes, manage production incidents including troubleshooting coordination and stakeholder comms, and track delivery KPIs and team performance to feed continuous improvement. You'll also support the rollout side of the work: implementation, configuration, documentation, training, and adoption of new systems.
The role suits someone who thinks in systems and dependencies, is comfortable holding engineers and stakeholders to a standard, and can move between a data model and a client conversation without losing either.
