Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Packaging Development Specialist to manage packaging specs, artwork proofs, and ensure production accuracy across projects in Indonesia.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Asia Packaging, FG suppliers and printers, source new suppliers, advance sustainability, and drive PDQ sizing and master carton sizes.

If you bring 5-8 years of packaging experience and strong English communication, you will help deliver cost-effective packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• College degree in Packaging Engineering or Printing Technology.
• 5-8 years experience in Printing Industry or managing Packaging development.
• Ability to influence and deliver optimized packaging solutions.
• Time management to meet tight deadlines.
• Good teamwork spirit.
• Review packaging quality and data accuracy.
• Basic understanding of mathematics and geometry for sizing PDQs and master cartons.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage packaging specs and artwork proofs, ensuring production consistency.
• Support PDQ sizing and master carton measurement.
• Assist in cost-effective delivery and implementation of packaging designs.
• Interface with Engineering, Asia Packaging, FG suppliers and printers to ensure correct designs first time.
• Assist in sourcing new packaging suppliers for new designs.
• Assist packaging sustainability initiatives.
• Interact with suppliers for Pallet development activities.
