Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience as Electrical/Automation Engineer in manufacturing.
Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).
Experience with inverters/drives, analog automation, control panels, and HMI systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor KPIs for maintenance, efficiency, and system reliability.
Plan, execute, and supervise electrical/automation projects from concept to completion.
Support digital system improvements, automation upgrades, and data integration for visibility.
Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance logs for audits.
