Job summary

PT CARSURIN Tbk is seeking a senior QA/QC Laboratory Lead for our West Jakarta head office to oversee mineral/mining laboratory operations and ensure adherence to QA/QC, HSE, and standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields, with 7+ years in related industries, strong analytical and leadership skills, and fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of ISO standards and AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mineral/mining, laboratory, inspection, or related industries.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiar with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and ISO 17020.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Work location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
• Knowledgeable in AI technology and able to utilize AI tools to support technical analysis, reporting, and work efficiency.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of relevant technical standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure laboratory and technical activities comply with QA/QC, HSE, and applicable standards.
• Provide technical advice and solutions for laboratory and operational issues.
• Support ongoing projects and ensure work follows established procedures and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of technical teams.
• Identify technical competency gaps and recommend appropriate training and development.
• Collaborate with Operations to continuously improve technical quality, compliance, and operational performance.
