Job summary

PT BANYANO TECH INDONESIA is seeking a Technical Lead/Project Lead (Data Center) to oversee end-to-end commissioning of data center infrastructure primarily in Indonesia, with occasional travel to other ASEAN countries. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure quality, and deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data center commissioning projects.
• Experience with third-party data center commissioning is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, low voltage, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia for clear communication with diverse stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in data center commissioning projects.

Third-party data center commissioning experience is strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, low voltage, etc.).

Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, &Bahasa Indonesia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (spoken and written).

Willingness to travel for project needs.
