Job summary

PT BANYANO TECH INDONESIA is seeking a Technical Lead/Project Lead (Data Center) to oversee end-to-end commissioning of data center infrastructure primarily in Indonesia, with occasional travel to other ASEAN countries. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure quality, and deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data center commissioning projects.
Experience with third-party data center commissioning is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, low voltage, etc.).
Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia for clear communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end commissioning activities for data center projects.
Oversee commissioning plans, schedules, testing procedures, and documentation.
Ensure commissioning activities comply with project specs, industry standards, and client requirements.
Coordinate and manage commissioning teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Identify, manage, and resolve commissioning issues and risks.
Ensure project quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Support site execution and attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
