Job summary

Nityo Infotech Indonesia seeks a hands-on Technical Lead (Architecture & Engineering) to guide enterprise software development teams in Jakarta. You will oversee architecture, engineering, integration, and delivery of cloud-native systems spanning frontend, backend, databases, and API design.

You will drive sprint planning, code and design reviews, and participate in governance bodies such as the Architecture Review Board, while mentoring developers and aligning technical decisions with business

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of total software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years leading enterprise development teams.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

• Handle sprint planning, task estimation, code and design reviews
• Actively participate in the Architecture Review Board (ARB)
• Drive microservices, event-driven, and API-first architecture designs
• Champion the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (Secure SDLC)
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, mentor developers, and foster technical excellence

One of our clients is looking for a hands-on and visionary Technical Lead (Architecture & Engineering) to lead enterprise software development teams. You will oversee the architecture, engineering, integration, and delivery of cloud-native enterprise systems—covering frontend and backend engineering, database design, integration architecture, technical governance, and secure software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end technical leadership across frontend, backend, integration, and databases
• Handle sprint planning, task estimation, code and design reviews
