Dwimitra Listenlights is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function for MEP and critical infrastructure projects. You will provide technical leadership, oversee design management, and ensure governance across EPC and data centre initiatives.

The role requires coordinating with Project, Construction, and Client teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive improvements in processes and standards. Strong BIM and MEP expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• > 6-8 years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership in MEP/MEP design.
• > Experience leading Data Centre, Infrastructure, or Mission-Critical projects.
• > Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and deliver complex technical outputs.
• > Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and critical infrastructure systems.
• > Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM tools, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering design, technical reviews, and MEP coordination for Data Centre and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and documentation.
• Ensure solutions comply with project requirements and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Project, Construction, Procurement, and Client teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership in design management, value engineering, and quality control.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support project execution during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
