Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technology concepts clearly and simply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide effective and efficient solutions to customers.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel.
• Willingness to work with minimal supervision, perform administrative tasks, and maintain large amounts of data.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with software implementers and developers to provide solutions to customers.
• Assist the operations manager in processing and documenting technician duties according to guidelines and procedures.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with the finance and accounting department regarding customer billing data.
