Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Consultant to map business requirements to technical solutions and oversee the system implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications include a relevant Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in consulting or tech implementation, with expertise in XML, SQL databases, REST APIs, and cloud/SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, system implementation, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing tech role
• Strong understanding of the software/system implementation lifecycle
• Experience working directly with customers and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with XML and SQL (SQL Server or PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of REST API is an advantage
• Understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS environments; AWS knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support data migration, data loading, and data import activities before system go-live
• Prepare technical documentation for system integration and support integration between the platform and customer systems
• Troubleshoot technical and integration issues with customers and internal teams
• Support UAT, system testing, implementation, and go-live activities across multiple projects
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through self-learning and on-the-job training
