Job summary

PT Talentvis Consulting Indonesia is looking for a bakery-focused professional to provide technical consultation and demonstrations. The role involves solving customer product issues, running flour-based product trials, and supporting sales efforts across Indonesia.

Based in Ende, Kupang, or Ambon, you will prepare visit and activity reports and contribute to business development in the food sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Teknologi Pangan or Perhotelan with bakery/pastry focus.
• At least 2 years in bakery/food industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and recommendations to customers on the development of wheat flour-based products.
• Analyze customer product issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct bakery and pastry demonstrations for marketing activities, promotions, exhibitions, and company events.
• Perform product trials, testing, and development based on customer requirements.
• Support the Sales team in business development, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• Prepare customer visit reports as well as weekly and monthly activity reports.
