Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist - Trace Element Analysis to drive the growth of trace element analysis solutions in Indonesia. This role combines technical expertise, consultative selling, customer engagement, and business development to help laboratories identify the right analytical solutions for their applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of trace element analysis solutions by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Customer Consultation: Understand customer requirements, laboratory workflows, and analytical challenges to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Product Expertise: Develop strong technical knowledge of trace element analysis technologies and communicate product capabilities and applications effectively to customers.
- Application Support: Work closely with customers to demonstrate how analytical solutions can address their testing, research, and quality-control requirements.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory professionals, key decision-makers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal sales, marketing, application, and technical teams to develop opportunities and deliver effective customer solutions.
- Market Development: Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive activities, and new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Background in technical sales, scientific instrumentation, laboratory equipment, or a related commercial or technical function.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of analytical chemistry, laboratory instrumentation, or trace element analysis is highly relevant.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong sales and business development capabilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and convert technical solutions into commercial opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer Orientation: Strong consultative approach and ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant scientific or technical discipline.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and support business development activities across the assigned territory.
