Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor at its Indonesia Cikarang site to support validation, computerized system validation, and digital initiatives across production functions. The role emphasizes GMP compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging IT tools to improve manufacturing efficiency.

The ideal candidate has IT/engineering background, experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and MES systems, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• Experience with digital applications such as Power BI, Power Apps, and MES (Tulip advantageous).
• Familiar with GMP and SHE standards.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Support validation and qualification protocols for processes and equipment.
• Assist CSV and system validation activities with IT and global teams.
• Maintain knowledge of operating systems and software used by system owners.
• Provide training alignment and ensure GMP compliance.
