Job summary

PT Astra Graphia Information Technology is seeking a capable Full-Stack Developer to join our Jakarta team. You will build end-to-end web applications using C#/.NET Core, Next.js, React, and TypeScript, collaborating with product owners and architects to deliver robust software.

You will design and consume REST APIs, work with PostgreSQL databases and enterprise integrations, ensure code quality through testing and reviews, and contribute to architecture and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 4–5 years of full-stack development with C#/.NET Core and React/Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of API security, authentication, automated testing, and architecture.
• Exposure to microservices, Docker, CI/CD is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP integration and HRIS processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and English skills.

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using C#/.NET Core, Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

• Build backend services, REST APIs, business logic, database operations, and reusable UI components.

• Integrate applications with PostgreSQL, authentication services, workflow engines, and enterprise systems.

• Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, BPA, UI/UX, architects, QA, and other developers.

• Contribute to technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.

Qualifications

• Min 4–5 years of full-stack development experience with strong hands‑on skills in C#/.NET Core and React/Next.js.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OOP, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.

• Understanding of API security, authentication, automated testing, and application architecture.

• Exposure to microservices, Golang, Temporal, Drools, ETL, Docker, and CI/CD is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP integration and HRIS processes is preferred.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and English skills.
