Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a lead software architect to guide engineering teams and manage complex distributed systems. You will craft scalable designs, oversee HTTP and RPC services, and ensure security compliance across projects while aligning with company objectives and available resources.

The role requires hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, data structures, and algorithms, plus strong communication with stakeholders for successful integrations and deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and building highly concurrent, distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of system design principles and trade-offs.
• Experience building HTTP and RPC-based services at scale.
• Solid data structures and algorithms knowledge.
• Excellent communication to translate problems to engineers.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with Elasticsearch, Microservices, Pub/Sub, GraphQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud deployment (GCP/AWS/Alibaba).
• Proficiency in Go, Node.js, TypeScript or Java.
