Job summary
Talent Insider in Jakarta is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and implement scalable, highly available solutions at the tribe level. You will own critical production systems and contribute to day-to-day engineering excellence.
You will set high standards for new services, mentor the team through tech discussions, and participate in hiring and onboarding to strengthen the engineering practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience designing production-grade applications or services from scratch.
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly scalable, highly available solutions at tribe level.
- Own critical production systems.
- Contribute to day-to-day engineering excellence and solve high-priority production issues.
- Set a high bar of standards in designing new services and improving existing systems.
