Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal advisory and risk management across our Indonesian operations, especially in consumer and cloud units. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with Indonesian corporate, telecom, ITE, and PDP laws in a fast-paced multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law is mandatory.
• Graduates from leading Indonesian universities are highly preferred.
• Advocate License (PERADI) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of professional legal experience with current exposure at Counsel or equivalent level.
• Experience from top-tier law firms and in-house legal environments within multinational technology or telecommunications companies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law, Contract Law, Telecommunications Law, ITE Law, PDP, IP rights, dispute resolution, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience managing OSS licensing and regulatory processes within Indonesian government systems.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, ICT, telecommunications, or consumer electronics businesses.
• Strong drafting, contract negotiation, legal risk management, and commercial advisory skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, compliant in multinational settings.
• Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advisory support for company operations, especially across consumer and cloud business units.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Support high-value bidding processes, strategic negotiations, and enterprise transactions.
• Manage regulatory compliance matters including OSS licensing processes and government coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate, telecommunications, ITE, and PDP regulations.
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with customers, regulators, and internal departments to resolve legal matters.
• Conduct legal research on technology, telecom, corporate, and commercial law developments.
• Deliver legal awareness training and compliance guidance to internal teams.
• Support dispute management and governance of legal documentation.
