Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior software engineering lead to oversee the development and delivery of features within quality standards. You will provide technical leadership through design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

You will ensure products meet performance, security, and UX requirements, collaborate with Product Management, Global R&D, and Services, and mentor the team while driving improvements and cloud adoption.

• Ensure products meet performance, security, scalability, reliability, and user experience requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Global R&D, Services and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, cloud adoption, automation, and engineering efficiency.
• Mentor and develop team members through feedback, performance discussions, and career development planning.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
