Job summary

Pajakku is seeking a passionate Tax Application Support specialist in Bali to assist clients with tax and accounting apps and tailor digital tax solutions. You will support implementations, train users, and prepare clear documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Taxation or Accounting, Brevet A/B, and strong English; Mandarin is a plus. A client-facing role with proactive communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's in Taxation or Accounting (fresh grads welcome with internship).
• Experience in client-facing, consulting, or implementation roles preferred.
• Brevet A & Brevet B certifications required.
• Strong interest in technology-driven tax solutions.
• Familiar with tax software and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive communicator with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• English required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide clients in using Pajakku's tax and accounting applications.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored digital tax solutions.
• Support implementation processes according to project timelines.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption.
• Prepare documentation and stay updated on tax tech trends to provide added value.
