Job summary

YARD Financial Solutions is seeking a Supervisor Tax to join our team in Ungasan, Badung, Bali. You will oversee tax compliance, prepare filings, provide advisory support, and lead junior team members while collaborating with clients.

The role focuses on managing tax functions, developing tax calculation systems, and supervising a Tax Department to drive accuracy and compliance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation as Tax Supervisor.
• Experience in a Tax Consulting Firm or Public Accounting Firm.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Brevet A & B (Brevet C is a plus).
• USKP A & B is a must
• Has PPPK Certificated.

• Plan and coordinate tax calculation systems and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate tax planning and risk analysis to support informed business decisions.

• Manage and supervise the Tax Department team for performance and compliance.
• Lead and oversee resolution of tax disputes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive tax department reports to management.

YARD Financial Solutions is looking for a Supervisor Tax to join our team in Ungasan, Badung, Bali. In this role, you will ensure tax compliance, prepare and review tax filings, provide tax advisory support, and lead junior team members while working closely with clients.

About the Role

Manage and oversee tax functions, including the processing, analysis, and validation of tax data and information to ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax reports for the company and its clients.

Plan and coordinate the development and implementation of tax calculation systems and procedures, while monitoring their execution to ensure all tax processes and calculations are accurate, well-organized, compliant, and properly controlled, while minimizing potential tax risks.

Coordinate and conduct tax planning and risk analysis to provide management with financial and tax insights that support informed business decisions, including investment, expansion, operational activities, and other financial matters.

Develop and coordinate comprehensive tax planning and consolidation across the company and its clients to optimize tax efficiency, manage costs effectively, and ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

Manage and supervise the Tax Department team to ensure effective performance, productivity, and compliance with established tax procedures and regulations.

Lead and oversee the resolution of tax disputes.

Prepare and present comprehensive tax department reports, ensuring accurate, timely, and relevant tax information is provided to management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation as Tax Supervisor

Had experience in a Tax Consulting Firm or Public Accounting Firm.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.

Brevet A & B (Brevet C is a plus).

USKP A & B is a must

Has PPPK Certificated

Willing to work in Ungasan, Badung, Bali.

Salary: IDR 13 - 18 million (net).
