Job summary

PT Ultra Sakti is seeking a Tax Accounting Supervisor to ensure tax compliance and accurate accounting processes within the Finance team. You will manage tax reporting, support audits, and review tax implications of transactions to uphold regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation with at least two years of relevant experience; Brevet A & B is a plus and Indonesian tax knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related discipline.
• Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, tax reconciliation, and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax reconciliations (PPh and VAT) for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage tax reporting and timely submission of tax returns.
• Support external financial audits and tax audits with accurate documentation.
• Review tax implications of financial transactions and accounting documents for regulatory compliance.
• Analyze tax-related data and suggest improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.

TAX ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Description

As a Tax Accounting Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's tax compliance and accounting processes are executed accurately and in accordance with applicable regulations. This position is responsible for managing tax reporting, supporting tax and financial audits, reviewing tax-related transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of tax reconciliations to support effective business operations.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure timely tax compliance, minimize tax risks, and strengthen the company's financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax reconciliations, including PPh and VAT, to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Manage tax reporting and ensure the timely and accurate submission of tax returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Support external financial audits and tax audits by preparing accurate documentation and responding to audit requirements.
• Review tax implications of financial transactions, agreements, and accounting documents to ensure compliance with prevailing tax regulations.
• Analyze tax-related data and recommend improvements to enhance tax compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Tax Accounting, Tax Compliance, or related fields.
• Brevet A & B certification will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, tax reconciliation, tax reporting, and fiscal correction.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, FMCG, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
