Job summary

PT Giant Transporter Indonesia is seeking a qualified tax and accounting professional in Jakarta to support tax reconciliation, journal entries, and monthly closings within a growing logistics group.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Taxation/Finance, possess Brevet A & B, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics environments. Strong Indonesian tax knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
• Mandatory Brevet A & B (Brevet C is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Tax & Accounting, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Import-Export.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, WHT, Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot) and basic PSAK.
• Experienced in tax audits, fiscal reconciliation, and import-export transactions.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax reconciliation and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Review journal entries, monthly closing, and tax-related accounts.
• Manage tax aspects of freight forwarding, logistics, import-export.
• Prepare Financial Consolidated Report
• Monitor tax regulation updates and ensure proper implementation.
• Review tax invoices and supporting documents.
• Reconcile tax balances with accounting records.
• Support month-end closing and tax-related matters.
