Job Description:
Tax Compliance and Reporting
Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
Ensure timely and accurate filing in compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
Provide support with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations.
Analyze and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax obligations.
Monitor tax law developments and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders.
Audit and Regulatory Liaison
Assist in managing tax audits and prepare responses to tax authorities.
Maintain updated documentation to support audit processes.
Collaborate closely with the Finance team to align tax activities with financial reporting.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Job Requirement:
Domiciled in Jakarta or willing to relocate.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance (either in a public accounting firm or corporate environment).
Strong understanding of Indonesia's tax code, compliance procedures, and reporting standards.
Skilled in using tax software, Microsoft Office Suite, and especially Excel.
Excellent analytical thinking, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex tax information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
