Job summary

PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia is seeking a senior Tax Manager to oversee day-to-day tax compliance across our Indonesia entities. The role supports tax audits, strengthens controls, and guides the tax team, working closely with finance and operations across our plantation and mill businesses in Medan.

Job description

Reporting to the senior tax manager, this role will oversee day-to-day tax compliance across our Indonesia entities, support tax audits and disputes, strengthen tax controls, and guide the tax team. The person will also work closely with finance and operational colleagues across our plantation and mill businesses.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of relevant Indonesia tax experience, including team supervision
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and tax audits
• Brevet A and B certification
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willingness to be based in Medan and travel to operational locations when needed
• Experience in a multi-entity group, agribusiness, or manufacturing would be an advantage.
