Job summary

Skintific is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax strategy and compliance within a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, 7+ years in tax management, and at least 3 years in a leadership role.

You will oversee tax returns, conduct research on evolving tax laws, and coordinate with finance to ensure accurate reporting and risk management. CPA is preferred. Based in Jakarta, the role reports to the Tax Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in tax management or a related role, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations., 3+ years in managerial level.
• Proven track record of successful tax planning and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
