The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Review the company's monthly and annual tax filings and tax reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Manage special tax audits and transfer pricing reporting, covering VAT, CIT, and other specific audit engagements.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive tax management system, including developing operational frameworks for tax staff and implementing tax risk early-warning mechanisms.
• Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with tax authorities, stay updated on local business compliance requirements, and provide relevant tax compliance advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field. Relevant professional tax certifications (e.g., Brevet C) are required.
• More than 8 years of experience in taxation, including at least 3 years in a Tax Manager role, with proven experience leading tax audits.
• More than 3 years of team management experience, with the ability to manage and mentor local tax personnel and establish tax management systems.
• Proficiency in English as a working language is required. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
