Job summary

PT Ofisi Prima Konsultindo seeks a Senior Tax & Accounting Staff to manage tax obligations, ensure compliance, and coordinate with tax authorities in Jakarta. You will prepare and report tax figures in GL for clients and monitor monthly tax compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in tax and accounting, a Bachelor's degree in Fiscal Administration or Accounting, USKP A certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fiscal Administration or Accounting (GPA ≥ 3.0).
• 3+ years as Senior Staff in Tax & Accounting.
• Solid understanding of tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax).
• USKP A certification.
• Proficient with accounting software (preferably Accurate).
• Strong English in speaking and writing.

Job description

This role involves managing tax obligations, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with tax authorities. You will prepare and report tax obligations to the tax office in accordance with applicable tax rules and GL figures for clients, reconcile monthly tax compliance and fiscal calculations, monitor and handle tax disputes, stay updated on the latest tax rules, maintain communication with the tax office, and identify financial or tax risks.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all tax obligations are prepared and reported to the tax office on time, in accordance with applicable tax rules and figures in GL for Clients
• Ensure reconciliation of monthly tax compliance and fiscal calculations are reported accurately to Team Leader
• Monitor and handle all tax disputes with coordinated data and documents
• Update on the latest tax rules and maintain good communication with the tax office
• Identify financial or tax risks

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Fiscal Administration or Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Senior Staff in Tax and Accounting
• Understanding of tax regulation
• USKP A certification
• Ability to operate accounting software (preferably accurate accounting software)
• Knowledge, experience, and mastery in VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax, tax dispute, and general accounting
• Good command in both oral and written English
• Good communication skill, strong initiative, and analytical skill
• Able to work as an individual or team and coordinate with team members
