Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim, based at Head Office in Surabaya, is seeking a Staff Tax professional to manage tax administration for the company. The role covers calculations, payments, and reporting in accordance with Indonesian regulations for a coal mining contractor operation.

The candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation, 3+ years in taxation, and strong knowledge of SPT Masa/Tahunan, tax systems, and Excel-based data reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in taxation.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and administration.
• Familiarity with SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan reporting processes.
• Experience handling PPh 21, PPh 23/26, PPh 4(2), PPN and related taxes.
• Knowledge of e-Faktur, e-Bupot, DJP Online/Coretax or similar systems.
• Able to reconcile tax data with accounting data and meet deadlines.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills with strong coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax administration and management for the company.
• Prepare tax calculations, payments, and reporting in line with regulations.
• Perform inspection and reconciliation of tax data with accounting.
• Ensure tax documents are stored properly and completely.
• Assist in monitoring the company's tax compliance process.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for tax data and documents.
• Assist in tax inspection processes when required.
