Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a diligent Tax & Finance professional to manage income tax, VAT, corporate tax, and hospitality taxes in line with Indonesian regulations. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support management decisions.

Key duties include preparing tax documents, reconciliations, and coordinating with internal and external parties on tax issues, while monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring compliance across RKAP planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Understanding of applicable tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Able to prepare financial statements and tax reports accurately.
• Proficient in tax applications and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax is an added value.
• Experience at a Public Accounting Firm is an added value.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, prepare, pay, and report company tax obligations in accordance with regulations (PPh, PPN, corporate tax, hotel & restaurant tax).
• Prepare tax invoices, withholding certificates, and other tax documents accurately and on time.
• Perform reconciliation and equalization of tax data with company financial data.
• Administer, archive, and maintain completeness of company tax documents.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise on impact to company activities.
• Coordinate tax inspections, consultations, and resolution of tax issues with internal and external parties.
• Prepare periodic reports on tax obligation compliance.
• Prepare periodic financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Conduct analysis of company financial performance to support management decisions.
• Prepare and coordinate the Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) from a financial perspective.
