Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Taxation or related field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in taxation or accounting preferred in hospitality, property management, or related industry.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting procedures.
• Familiar with e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Billing, and DJP Online or Coretax DJP system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports per Indonesian regulations.
• Calculate, prepare, and report taxes including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and VAT where applicable.
• Ensure timely tax payments and submissions by deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain tax documentation, invoices, withholding tax slips, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile tax records with accounting transactions and financial statements.
• Assist with monthly and annual tax reconciliation and reporting.
• Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Finance on tax matters.
• Assist with tax audits, reviews, and requests from tax authorities when necessary.
