PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Compliance Officer to support a Lombok-based client in the property development and management industry. In this role you will manage tax registrations, prepare returns, and ensure accurate tax compliance for villa owners and designated entities.

You will coordinate with the finance and property management teams to collect financial records, file statements on time, and advise on Indonesian tax implications, including PPh and local

• Experience in tax compliance and reporting in Indonesia.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxes, incl. PPh and property taxes.
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline management.
• Ability to read financial reports and supporting docs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in Lombok, Indonesia.

A detail-oriented Tax Compliance Officer role supporting a client in the property development and management industry in Lombok, Indonesia. The position involves managing tax registrations, preparing statutory filings, and ensuring accurate tax compliance for villa owners and designated entities.

Key responsibilities

Manage tax registrations and maintain accurate tax records for villa owners and designated entities

Prepare and submit Indonesian tax returns and statutory declarations based on each investor's tax circumstances and ownership structure

Manage applicable income tax (PPh) obligations, including the tax treatment of rental income

Coordinate local accommodation taxes (PBJT) and property taxes (PBB-P2), where applicable

Ensure tax payments and statutory filings are completed accurately and on time

Coordinate with the property management team to obtain financial reports and supporting documentation

Provide villa owners with copies of tax returns, payment receipts, and other relevant tax documentation

About you

Relevant experience in tax compliance, tax reporting, and statutory filings in Indonesia

Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation, particularly PPh and relevant property-related taxes

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tax obligations and deadlines

Ability to work with financial reports and supporting documentation

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to work in Lombok, Indonesia
