KISS Development Group, a Bali-based real estate company, seeks a Tax Supervisor to lead tax planning, compliance, and audits across the organization. The role requires managing tax operations with Indonesian regulations while coordinating with authorities and external consultants.

Candidates should have a strong background in taxation, a Brevet certificate, and 5+ years in tax roles, including supervisory experience. Proficiency in English is essential.

• Indonesian Tax Brevet certification is required.

This is a Tax Supervisor position at KISS Development Group, a real estate company based in Seseh, Bali. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tax planning strategies, managing tax compliance, handling tax audits and disputes, and supervising tax-related activities to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations
• Review and verify sales and purchase invoices to ensure accurate tax treatment, proper documentation, and compliance with applicable tax requirements
• Supervise and ensure timely and accurate tax withholding, collection, calculation, payment, and filing of all applicable taxes, including monthly and annual tax returns
• Perform and review tax reconciliations against the General Ledger (GL) and financial statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate tax balances and reporting
• Handle and coordinate tax-related issues, including SP2DK (Request for Explanation of Data and/or Information), tax clarification letters, and other inquiries from the tax authorities
• Coordinate tax audits, prepare supporting documents, review audit findings, liaise with tax authorities and external tax consultants, and manage follow-up actions, objections, or other tax dispute processes
• Supervise and review the work of the team, ensure adherence to tax deadlines and internal procedures, and coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and other relevant departments

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position, and 2 years at supervisor level
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Must hold an Indonesian Tax Brevet certification
• Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly committed to integrity
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Big Four firms is preferred
