Adecco is assisting a client in Lombok, Indonesia, to recruit a detail-oriented Tax Compliance Officer for the property development and management sector. You will manage tax registrations, prepare Indonesian returns, and handle filings for villa owners and designated entities.

The role requires solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation (PPh and related property taxes), meticulous attention to deadlines, and the ability to work with financial reports and supporting documentation.

Formación

• Relevant experience in tax compliance, tax reporting, and statutory filings in Indonesia.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation, particularly PPh and property-related taxes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tax obligations and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage tax registrations and maintain accurate tax records for villa owners and designated entities.
• Prepare and submit Indonesian tax returns and statutory declarations based on each investor's tax circumstances and ownership structure.
• Manage applicable income tax (PPh) obligations, including the tax treatment of rental income.
• Coordinate local accommodation taxes (PBJT) and property taxes (PBB-P2), where applicable.
• Ensure tax payments and statutory filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the property management team to obtain financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Provide villa owners with copies of tax returns, payment receipts, and other relevant tax documentation.
