Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a Finance and Accounting Tax professional to support daily operations, prepare compliant tax reports, and ensure internal control adherence in Serang, Indonesia. The role requires strong accounting knowledge and collaboration across departments.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience (or fresh graduates), proficiency in ERP systems like SAP/Accurate, and fluency in English. Willingness to work in the Serang area is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s or CPA/CA/CFA a plus.
• 1–2 years in finance or accounting leadership or fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP, Accurate, or other ERP systems; MS Office (Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiar with types of tax, calculation, reporting and tax systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) preferred.
• Has Bravet Tax (A & B) is a plus
• Willing to work in Serang Area

3. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and internal control procedures.
4. Review and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
5. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
6. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities effectively.

1. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant professional certification such as CPA/CA/CFA is a plus).
2. Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership role or fresh graduate are welcome.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards and costing process.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Accurate, or other ERP systems) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
