Job summary

PT. Grand Indo Perkasa is seeking an entry-level Tax and Financial Administration Assistant to support data entry, invoice processing, and tax reporting. You will help organize VAT and income tax documents and maintain orderly records.

The role involves daily office tasks and collaboration with the accounting team. Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn Indonesian tax basics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education in Accounting or Office Administration.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position preferred, or Fresh Graduate with strong learning motivation.
• Proficient with computer, especially Excel (data entry and basic formulas).
• Meticulous with numbers, honest, disciplined and responsible.
• Understanding of basic tax principles or tax course certificate/Brevet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with input of financial and tax transaction data into systems.
• Create, compile, and archive Tax Invoices (e-Faktur).
• Prepare supporting documents for VAT and income tax reporting.
• Organize and maintain tax documentation in structured format.
• Perform daily office administration tasks as requested by supervisor/accounting team.
