Job summary

PT Akses Indonesia Nusantara invites applications for a junior finance role focused on accounting, taxation, and client support in Jakarta. You will assist in daily bookkeeping, monthly and annual statements, and tax compliance activities under supervision.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a solid understanding of accounting principles, basic Indonesian tax rules, proficiency in Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills for interactions with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years experience advantageous.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (withholding taxes, corporate income tax).
• Familiarity with PSAK/IFRS is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Record day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books.
• Prepare journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Assist with AP/AR activities and supporting docs.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support tax compliance: calculations, returns, payments, filings.
• Prepare e-Bupot, withholding slips, and other tax documents.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on accounting and tax matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and organization of financial documents.
• Support ad-hoc accounting and tax projects.
