Qualifications

• S1/S2 from reputable universities with minimum GPA: S1 3.00; S2 3.25.
• Max age: S1 26; S2 28.
• Majors include Computer Science, IT, Business, Statistics, MIPA, Engineering.
• Prefer Data Analyst certificate recognized internationally.
• Proficient in English; TOEIC min 400 from official source.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to gather relevant information.
• Excellent communication to gain understanding and commitment.
• No immediate family working in BNI.
• Single and willing to remain unmarried during the program.
• Willing to relocate across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a six-month banking training program and be evaluated at the end of training.
• Work across Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics and Data Visualization roles.

Job Description

To be well prepared as our future leaders, you will be required to undergo six-month banking training program (you will be evaluated in the end of training). You will work as Data Engineering/Data Science/Data Analytics/Data Visualization. The class will start in 2027.

Minimum Qualifications

General Qualifications

• S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA of : S1 : 3.00 or equivalent ; S2 : 3.25 or equivalent
• Maximum age to apply : S1 : 26 years old ; S2 : 28 years old
• Major in Computer Science, IT, Business, Statistics, MIPA, Engineering, or relevant major
• Preferable if having a certificate related to Data Analyst that is recognized nationally/internationally
• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEIC min. 400 or equivalent. We only accept score provided by official/authorized institution and valid.
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills in inquiring and acquiring relevant, comprehensive information.
• Excellent in communicating ideas, clearly and effectively to gain understanding and commitment from others
• No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
• Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia.
