Qualifications

S1/S2 from reputable universities with minimum GPA: S1 3.00; S2 3.25.
Max age: S1 26; S2 28.
Majors include Computer Science, IT, Business, Statistics, MIPA, Engineering.
Prefer Data Analyst certificate recognized internationally.
Proficient in English; TOEIC min 400 from official source.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to gather relevant information.
Excellent communication to gain understanding and commitment.
No immediate family working in BNI.
Single and willing to remain unmarried during the program.
Willing to relocate across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Undertake a six-month banking training program and be evaluated at the end of training.
Work across Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics and Data Visualization roles.
