Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in psychology, management, or administration/business.
• Experience in corporate university programs.
• At least 1 year of experience in People Development.
• Interest in developing people.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and agility.
• Good data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs based on functional and individual needs.
• Develop and implement a Management Trainee Program.
• Create training schedules in line with TNA and competencies.
• Monitor registration process and evaluate public training.
• Provide training materials.
• Analyze training evaluations.
• Assist internal trainers to prepare training modules with guidance.
• Implement and document training according to the plan.
