Job summary

PT RANS Kosmetika Indonesia is seeking an on-camera intern to be the face of our marketing content. You will host, appear on camera, and provide voice overs for TikTok and Instagram videos, delivering scripts in a relaxed, brand-appropriate style.

You’ll work with the content/marketing team to brainstorm ideas, assist during shoots, and adapt to feedback on speaking style and blocking. This role is based in North Jakarta and requires full WFO Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.

Qualifications

• Active student or recent graduate in any major; broadcasting/theatre background preferred.
• Confident on camera with natural delivery.
• Clear, pleasant voice suitable for voice over work.
• Excellent public speaking and script delivery without reading.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-camera talent for marketing video content across platforms.
• Deliver scripts concept ideas in a chill, brand-appropriate manner.
• Do voice overs for product highlights, promos, and tutorials.
• Brainstorm content concepts with the content/marketing team.
• Assist during shoots with the production team.
• Accept direction on speaking style, expressions, and blocking.
• Adapt to different formats: talking head, short skits, reviews.

About the Role

We're looking for an intern who'll be the "face" of our content — hosting, appearing on camera, and doing voice overs for our marketing content across TikTok and Instagram

• Be the on-camera talent/presenter for our marketing video content
• Deliver scripts or content concepts in a chill, natural way that fits the brand vibe
• Do voice overs for content (product highlights, promos, tutorials, etc.)
• Brainstorm content ideas together with the content/marketing team
• Help out during shooting with the production team
• Open to direction on speaking style, expressions, and blocking during shoots
• Comfortable adapting to different content formats: talking head, short skits, product reviews, etc.

Requirements

• Active student or fresh grad (any major, bonus points for Broadcasting/Communications/Theater)
• Confident on camera — no stiffness or nerves when recording
• Clear, pleasant voice for voice over work
• Good public speaking skills, able to deliver scripts naturally (not like reading off a paper)
• Expressive with good camera presence
• Flexible and open to feedback/direction from the creative team
• Bonus if you've had on-camera experience before (MC, presenter, content creator, theater, etc.) — but no worries if not
• Must attach a portfolio: a short video of yourself on camera and/or a voice over sample
• Willing to work fully WFO in PIK, North Jakarta, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
