Job summary

PT. Korea Trade Indonesia is seeking a hands-on Part-Time Content Producer who can independently shoot, edit, and publish photo and video content for corporate channels and Studio Hangang projects.

You will work on-site in Bandung, handling fashion, food, product, interviews, podcasts, and promotional content, while coordinating with the CEO to ensure publish-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on content production experience including videography and editing.
• Portfolio demonstrating content you personally filmed and edited.
• Proficient with professional photo and video editing software.
• Familiar with publishing content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcast platforms.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Independently shoot high-quality photo and video content
• Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras using manual settings
• Set up and use lenses, lighting, tripods, microphones, and basic audio equipment
• Produce fashion, food, product, interview, podcast, and promotional content
• Handle basic multi-camera and audio recording setups for video podcasts
• Prepare simple shot lists and production setups based on direction from the CEO
• Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Edit long-form videos and podcast episodes
• Perform colour correction, basic colour grading, audio cleanup, subtitles, and simple graphics
• Upload, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and other platforms

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Part‑Time Content Producer who can independently shoot, edit, and publish photo and video content. You will work closely with the CEO to produce content for PT. KTI's corporate and podcast channels, Studio Hangang's fashion and visual content, PT. KTI's F&B brands and business projects, interviews, campaigns, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content. This is a production-focused role requiring someone who can operate a camera, use professional editing software, and turn raw footage into finished, publish‑ready content.

Key responsibilities

• Independently shoot high-quality photo and video content

About you

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in content production, videography, photography, editing, or social media content
• A portfolio showing content you personally filmed and edited
• Able to confidently operate a professional camera using manual settings
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, frame rates, lenses, and audio recording
• Proficient in professional photo and video editing software
• Familiar with publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcast platforms
• Able to work independently and deliver finished, publish‑ready content
• Organised, reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English
• Available to work on-site every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
