Job summary

PT Sibima Berkarya Mandiri is hiring an Assessment Specialist in South Jakarta to design, implement, and evaluate employee assessment programmes that drive competency and development.

You will analyse data, build insights for senior leaders, and ensure ethical, compliant practices while collaborating with HR and department heads to tailor development plans. This full-time role offers growth in a dynamic HR and training environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience designing and administering various assessment methodologies including psychometrics and competency frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with assessment tools and platforms, including LMS and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop assessment frameworks and tools to evaluate employee competencies and performance across all levels.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify development gaps and propose targeted assessment solutions.
• Administer and manage assessment methods including psychometrics, competency evaluations, skills assessments, and 360-degree feedback.
• Analyze assessment data and produce reports with insights, recommendations, and visualisations for senior management.
• Collaborate with HR and managers to interpret results and develop individualized development plans.
• Ensure compliance with standards, data privacy regulations, and ethical guidelines in assessments.
• Maintain and improve assessment documentation, databases, and tracking systems.
• Provide consultation to managers on best practices and interpretation of results.
• Monitor effectiveness of assessment programmes and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends in assessment methodologies and recommend new tools to enhance programme quality.
