Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to design and drive the company's annual talent development programs in Jakarta. You will partner with business units to identify key talents, support succession planning, and nurture talent pools to sustain organizational growth.

You will conduct training needs analyses, develop personalized development plans, organize competency assessments and assessment centers, and monitor program effectiveness to continuously improve talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, education, business management, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related areas.
• Experience in a large corporation or consulting environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of talent management tools and methodologies including talent mapping, competency frameworks/models, succession planning, and talent pool development.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, project management, and data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, able to develop training programs and employee development plans.
• Able to prepare and deliver presentations effectively.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK4/5) and English for communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Trainer or assessor certifications such as TTT, DISC, MBTI, or others would be an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement the company’s annual talent development initiatives.
• Identify key talent, succession planning, and talent pool development.
• Support leadership development, career development, and employee learning programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop personalized development plans based on organizational and employee needs.
• Organize and administer competency assessments and Assessment Centers.
• Develop and maintain a talent database and conduct talent profiling.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and improve processes.
• Promote a learning culture and collaborate with business units and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses related to talent development and talent management initiatives.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of competency frameworks and other talent management systems.
