Job summary

tiket.com is expanding its people team in Jakarta to hire top talent for its growing travel platform. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating a positive candidate experience.

You will work closely with HR and hiring managers, posting jobs on relevant platforms, and leveraging social networks to attract diverse candidates. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, either in-house, agency, or freelance with minimum experience in recruitment 3 years.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.(Preferred) Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Willing to work hybrid in office 3 days

Responsibilities

Your Main Duties In Flying With Us:
