Job summary

PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia is seeking an HR Assistant to support talent acquisition and onboarding activities. You will source candidates via portals, social media, and internal databases and help screen resumes to shortlist applicants.

The role also covers onboarding administration, including documentation and maintaining employee data, plus performing other related administrative tasks as required in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in psychology.
• At least 1 year of HR experience.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and diligent.
• Eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
