Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Human Capital Communications Junior Officer to help strengthen employee engagement and bring Blibli’s culture to life. You’ll translate ideas into clear communications, engaging campaigns, and impactful employee activities, working with stakeholders across the organization.

You’ll develop and execute internal communication initiatives across multiple channels, collaborating with Creative teams to support campaigns and drive a connected employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to execute projects from planning to implementation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication initiatives across multiple channels, including email, Teams, and digital platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand communication needs and transform briefs into clear, effective messages.
• Draft, review, and refine communication materials to ensure consistency in messaging and employee experience.
• Collaborate with Creative team to produce communication assets for campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage communication calendars and oversee timely delivery of announcements and engagement content.
• Lead and support internal communication projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives.
