Job summary

Beca in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment across Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The role centers on delivering a positive candidate experience, coordinating interviews, and advising Hiring Managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.

You’ll work with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and support graduate and intern campaigns, while contributing to diverse recruitment projects that shape how we attract talent for Beca.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience ideally from an engineering/technical environment.
• Experience using recruitment/HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative with good problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment with a focus on candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Advise Hiring Managers on best-practice recruitment approaches and provide insights.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners on recruitment processes.

To support our growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us in our Jakarta office.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will manage end to end recruitment and contribute to talent attraction initiatives which help us connect with future talent.

You will be involved in:

• Delivering end‑to‑end recruitment, with a strong focus on candidate experience
• Coordinating interviews and supporting a positive candidate experience through timely communication and effective coordination
• Advising Hiring Managers on best‑practice recruitment approaches and partnering with them to deliver successful hiring outcomes
• Working alongside Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support recruitment processes
• Supporting graduate and university intern recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and social media initiatives

This role is fast-paced and offers variety, exposure to a range of talent acquisition project activities, and the opportunity to influence how we attract talent across Beca.

You will bring:

• End to end recruitment experience ideally from an engineering or technical environment.
• Experience in using recruitment/ HRIS or applicant tracking systems, recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a similar people-focused role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities simultaneously and multiple hiring managers.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Strong Bahasa and English verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
