DOKU mencari System Reliability Engineer untuk memastikan ketersediaan, reliabilitas, dan skalabilitas sistem serta aplikasi perusahaan. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan mengotomatisasi proses, meningkatkan observabilitas, dan bekerja dengan ekosistem cloud.

Anda akan terlibat dalam CI/CD dengan Jenkins, Kubernetes, dan Docker, serta menggunakan alat observabilitas seperti Grafana dan Datadog untuk proaktif mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah.

Qualifications

• Sarjana di bidang Sistem Informasi/Ilmu Komputer atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di reliability engineering atau peran sejenis (lulusan baru juga dipersilakan melamar).

Responsibilities

• Menjaga ketersediaan, reliabilitas, dan skalabilitas sistem dan aplikasi.
• Mendukung skalabilitas infrastruktur seiring pertumbuhan perusahaan.
• Mengidentifikasi peluang optimasi infrastruktur, aplikasi, dan proses.
• Mengotomatisasi tugas rutin untuk efisiensi dan penghematan biaya.
• Mendukung penerapan CI/CD menggunakan Jenkins, OpenShift, Kubernetes.
• Terlibat dalam manajemen insiden dengan alat observabilitas seperti PagerDuty, Grafana, Datadog.

Job Description

Job Title: System Reliability Engineer

About The Role:

Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of DOKU’s systems and applications while driving optimization, automation, and cost efficiency across infrastructure and resources.

What Will You Do:

• Ensure that DOKU’s systems and applications are consistently available and reliable, meeting uptime and performance targets.
• Assist in scaling the infrastructure and applications efficiently as the company grows, ensuring smooth operations during increased workloads.
• Identify opportunities for optimization within the infrastructure, applications, and processes, increasing observability to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Automate routine tasks to reduce manual efforts, improve system efficiency, and optimize resource utilization to manage costs effectively.
• Support the implementation of CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins, OpenShift, and Kubernetes to streamline development and deployment activities.
• Participate in incident management by using observability tools such as PagerDuty, Statuspage, Datadog, and Grafana to monitor system health and quickly resolve issues.
• Work with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or GCP to manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for system integration, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and providing assistance to internal teams.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in system reliability engineering or similar roles (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)

Technical Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud)
• Proficiency in Java programming language (minimum 2 years experience)
• Experience with incident management and observability tools (e.g., PagerDuty, Grafana, Datadog)
