Job summary

PT Dua Delapan Resources seeks a compliance and governance professional for its Head Office in South Jakarta. The role focuses on ensuring licenses remain valid, coordinating RKAB submissions, and implementing SMKP across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Law, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and licensing requirements.
• Experience in the mining HSE field.
• Experience in developing SOPs, preparing reports, and governance/reporting processes.
• Proficiency with government platforms related to mining (MOMS, MODI, OSS, SIMPEL).
• Knowledge of audit/internal control methodologies, compliance testing, and internal control evaluation.
• SMKP and Risk Management certifications are advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, able to work independently or in a team.
• Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta, a subsidiary of PT Dua Delapan Resources.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external reports on time.
• Ensure mining licenses/permits (IUP, PPKH, AMDAL) are valid and renewed before expiry.
• Coordinate with technical teams on RKAB submissions and approvals.
• Implement Mining Safety Management System SMKP elements as per regulations.
• Conduct periodic internal control reviews to ensure process effectiveness.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain audit/internal control documentation.
• Monitor regulatory compliance with procedures and internal control framework.
• Maintain licensing documents and compliance records systematically and up to date.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports, both internal and external, are prepared accurately and submitted properly and on time.
• Monitor and ensure that all mining-related licenses and permits, including IUP, PPKH, AMDAL, and other relevant permits, remain valid and are renewed before their expiration dates.
• Coordinate with technical teams in the preparation, revision, and monitoring of annual RKAB submissions and approvals.
• Implement the seven elements of the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct periodic internal control reviews to ensure the effectiveness of internal processes and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare compliance reports and ensure that audit/internal control documentation is properly maintained and organized.
• Monitor compliance with applicable regulations, operational procedures, and the company's internal control framework.
• Ensure that all licensing documents, reports, and compliance-related administrative records are systematically maintained, properly documented, and regularly updated.
